Throughout the retreat, we offer a variety of activities designed to support your inner journey and foster a deep reconnection with your body, mind, and soul. These include plant medicine ceremonies, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and immersive experiences in nature. Each of these practices is intended not only to enhance your experience during the retreat but also to provide you with tools to take back home and continue your path of self-discovery and balance.
In preparation for the Ayahuasca ceremonies, we follow a special diet that helps cleanse and purify the body, ensuring that you enter the ceremonies clean, open, and ready to fully receive Ayahuasca’s messages. This diet is a key part of the process, helping to align your body, mind, and spirit, and deepen the connection between them.
Our goal is to help you understand how these practices can create lasting peace and harmony, allowing you to live in alignment with your true self long after the retreat ends.

ACCOMMODATION
Our accommodation is a charming modern house, nestled in the midst of tropical jungle. The semi-open design allows for an authentic connection with the natural environment surrounding us. As you immerse yourself in this jungle sanctuary, encountering pure life is inevitable. The sounds of the jungle will accompany you during your stay; you'll hear the rustling of leaves, the songs of exotic birds, and sometimes even the playful monkeys moving among the nearby trees.​
