Ayahuasca Retreat

Preparing for an Ayahuasca Retreat is crucial to ensure a safe and meaningful experience. Our aim is that you get the most out of our retreats.

The preparation for the retreat helps to lay the groundwork for the medicine experience.

The dietary restrictions serve to purify the body and prepare it for ayahuasca, making the experience more effective and profound. Be aware that ayahuasca can be physically and mentally demanding, so preparing your body and mind ensures you are in the best condition to withstand the intensity of the experience.

Mental & emotional preparation aims at helping you achieve mental clarity and enhance more deeply with ayahuasca. Setting clear intentions and feeling emotionally ready to confront and process repressed feelings and emotions,  may help you navigate the experience with greater ease and understanding.

1. Upon registration, we recommend you discuss with your doctor any pre-existing medical conditions, medications, or mental health concerns. Some conditions or medications may be contraindicated and can interact with Ayahuasca.

2. Share your medical and psychological history with the facilitators.
